Applying and being listed is free. You will go through a hands-on AI technical screening in your specialty, and can then take platform certification exams — certification is what makes you assignable to projects.

We are a founding-stage platform, and every message to hello@talengineer.us is read by a human. We reply as quickly as we can — but we would rather tell you that honestly than promise a response-time guarantee we cannot yet stand behind. If you are already on an active project, the fastest channel is your project chat (it is live-translated), and the work-order dispute flow if something has gone wrong.
