Payment runs through milestone escrow: funds are held and released stage by stage as work is accepted, protecting both sides of the border.

Indicative blended hourly-rate ranges by region, aligned with our live /rates benchmarks. Development work sits toward the middle of each range; on-site commissioning carries a premium. Platform escrow fee is 15% (5% for founding customers).
